Aware of the complex intricacies of fluorescence imaging and parameters setting, Innopsys chose to design an easy-to-use, optimized software interface. No intense training is required to be able to obtain the best possible fluorescence images. The parameters can be adjusted during the scan to observe their impact in real-time.
InnoQuant’s excitation and emission technical specifications are suited for your needs in fluorescence imaging
InnoQuant features 4 laser excitation wavelengths of 375 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 640 nm, each associated with a 7-position emission filter wheel and a corresponding PMT. The filter wheel enhances the multiplexing capabilities of InnoQuant to obtain high resolution fluorescence images suited to your application. InnoQuant is equipped with 4 default emission filters (one for each channel): 440/40 for the 375 nm channel, 513/17 for the 488 nm channel, XXX for the 561 nm channel, and XXXX for the 640 nm.
